Trimble.com is a platform that my team and I are working on to maintain, update, and adding new features to on a daily basis. Not only the platform is used on our main corporate but also on 8 other sector sites.

Responsibilities

• Participated in maintaining, updating, bug fixing and adding new features to all sites.
• Worked with designers, project managers to ensure pixel perfect designs.

Solutions

• Constantly looking for ways to improve site performace, researching the right toolings for the job.
• Incorporate regression testing, unit testing to ensure the correct behavior and help automate the QA process.

What's cool about it?

• The Trimble platform is a mono repo that is used to build multiple sites utilizing Contentful and the Contentful API. This will ensure all sites to have the same look and feel, which is the goal for the Trimble branding.
• Developer experience is improved since we don't have to maintain many different codebases at once.
